故障現象： 機器監控軟件或者控制面板提示硒鼓壽命到期，需要更换全新硒鼓，更换後需要對硒鼓计数器進行重置。（DocuPrint M228 fb / DocuPrint M228 z / DocuPrint M268 z ） DocuPrint M228 b / DocuPrint M228 db / DocuPrint M268 dw 解決方案： （1） 确保前蓋已打開。 （2） 按住OK（确定）鍵兩秒左右直到顯示【更换硒鼓？】 （3） （DocuPrint M228 b / DocuPrint M228 db / DocuPrint M268 dw ） 按▲鍵重置硒鼓计数器。 （DocuPrint M228 fb / DocuPrint M228 z / DocuPrint M268 z ） 按数字鍵1重置硒鼓计数器 （4） 合上前蓋。 |
