理光MPC8002一直報“關闭抽屉單元”

症状故障：Always Alam“Please Close the Drawer Unit” 一直報“關闭抽屉單元”原因1. Drawer Knob Sensor、Drawer Set Sensor、Drawer Lock Sensor、Drawer Lock Moter defective。抽屉旋轉傳感器、抽屉放置傳感器、抽屉锁定傳感器、抽屉锁定電機故障。2. DUB、PFB、IOB defective。DUB、PFB、IOB故障。3. Communication (Input/Output to PCB) defective。输入\输齣设備至PCB之间連接故障。
維修過程
1. Using SP5803 to detected Drawer Knob Sensor、Drawer Set Sensor、Drawer Lock Sensor，they were normal；使用SP5803測試抽屉旋轉傳感器、抽屉放置傳感器、抽屉锁定傳感器、抽屉锁定電機都正常；2. Using SP5804、1040 to detected Drawer Lock Moter， its normal also；使用SP5804、1040測試抽屉锁定電機也正常；3. Repalced DUB、PFB、IOB one by one，Failure still；依次更换DUB、PFB、IOB後，故障未排除；4. I found out Drawer Unit Set Switch1\2 on the framework from the PtoP Diagram，but they were not found in SP5803；根據PtoP资料發現機架上還有抽屉單元放置1、2開關與故障相關，但在SP5803列表中未找到该測試項目；

5. Measurement connection was normal（Drawer Unit Set Switch1\2 to ECO）；确認抽屉單元放置1、2開關至ECO連接線束正常；6. Confirmation was bad contact by multimeter（Drawer Unit Set Switch1\2）。使用萬用表确認抽屉單元放置1、2開關斷路造成该故障。解決方案 Machine return to normal by Replaced the Drawer Unit Set Switch 1\2。更换抽屉單元放置1、2開關後故障排除。
